After months of hard work renovating our home, Josh was able to help us sell our home for the full asking price that we desired. We really appreciated all the little things he did to go above and beyond like holding multiple open houses, personally contacting our HOA to retrieve documents, and also personally contacting third parties such as the inspector, appraiser, lender, etc. to ensure they had all the data and information they needed. Josh also provided a pre-inspection and a professional interior cleaning for us which was very helpful. The media team he used was top notch and we loved how our photos and videos turned out. Josh has been incredible. He sold my first home in 2016 and made that process extremely easy. In 2018, he took my wife and I all over Columbus looking for properties. It was a huge help as he was able to speak to the differences in the various neighborhoods. We ended up moving in 2018 outside of Columbus for family reasons but in 2020, when we restarted our house hunt in Columbus, Josh was the first person we called. This time around we saw even more houses. Josh was extremely knowledgeable of the area and showed great patience with my wife and I as we have very particular tastes. Josh was able to find us a great house in Dublin and we couldn't be more excited. Josh did a great job at making the process as easy as possible on us (especially since we were over two hours away). He taught me so much about the home buying and managing experience. He always had a contact or an answer and if not, he found the answer. He actually mowed me lawn the day of closing because his is such a professional that he didn't want to give it to the new owners in bad shape.
